Thermal transfer printing

Printing (1 piece and up), suitable for simpler designs, especially accreditation cards and the personalization of pre-printed cards.

Single-color (color specific, including gold or silver) or multi-color CMYK printing is available. With this technology, fullbleed and edge-to-edge printing is not optimal, but it is cheaper than retransfer printing. Thermal transfer is highly suitable for event accreditation and especially for single-color or multi-color personalization of variable data (photos, names, numbers...). Decisive advantage: fast and affordable manufacture in quantities from 1 piece up. In combination with a gold or silver card base, this technology can yield surprising results!

 
 

Retransfer printing

(1 piece and up), high quality printing for demanding designs, true full color and over-the-edge printing, when using CMYK gives results comparable to offset printing and is applicable to a single item (up to ca. 2000 piece)

Particularly suitable for chip cards because such a printing process will never damage chips. Retransfer employs printing on a separate foil, which is then applied to the card. Decisive advantage: top quality & fast manufacture, starting with small quantities. In combination with a gold or silver card base, this technology yields outstanding results! Cards can feature photographic images, additional applications and various security or personalization elements.

 

Offset printing

(500 pieces and up), high quality pre-printing provides for a range of design options using CMYK technology

For higher quantities (bulk orders) the price is discounted. Successive personalization is performed using a thermal transfer or embossing printer.

 

 

Screen printing

 

(500 pieces and up), used independently as Pantone color printing or in combination with offset printing. We offer a variety of metallic bases (gold, silver, bronze...)

Gold-silver hot stamp

Special gold and silver metallic prints are also available for highly demanding, unique and prestigious designs. Normally, these prints are hot stamped onto a pre-printed card using custom made printing plates. We offer a selection of special metallic foils.

 

Personalization

Card personalization stands for the addition of variable data or additional applications / information to pvc cards (name, surname, address,..., photos, barcodes, magnetic stripes, contact or contactless chips). We also manufacture various security elements (hologram label, UV print, microtext...).

When using offset printing one-time personalization is conducted simultaneously, or it may be added successively (data is sent on a weekly/monthly basis, etc.). The pre-printed cards can be stored by our company. Single-color personalization of pre-printed cards is available in: black, white, gold, silver, blue, green, red, violet,... When using thermal transfer and retransfer personalization is performed simultaneously with printing and is therefore available in CMYK colors.
